Description
The PROGYS 160 LA is a single-phase inverter welding machine with 2 MMA and TIG lift welding processes. Manufactured using the latest IGBT inverter technology, it has excellent starting properties, guaranteeing arc stability. It provides professional welding on steel, cast iron and stainless steel up to 10 mm thick.
2 WELDING MODES
– MMA: Easily welds most coated electrodes: rutile, stainless steel, cast iron and basic (up to Ø 4.0 mm).
– TIG Lift: For meticulous work on thin sheet metal without inclusion of tungsten in the weld bead.
INVERTER TECHNOLOGY
– Immediate start-up thanks to high no-load voltage.
– Constant welding power.
– Very smooth fusion thanks to its direct current.
– Protected against overcurrents.
