Free Carriage to UK Mainland

For all orders over £65 (excludes Product Hire), we provide complimentary shipping to UK Mainland destinations (except Highlands). It’s our way of showing appreciation for your business.

International Shipping

For deliveries to destinations outside the UK Mainland, please contact us for a customized shipping quote. We’re committed to making sure you receive your order no matter where you are.

Hassle-Free Returns

Easy Returns Process

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Special order items will be subject to a re stocking & collection fee of 20% + carriage. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a returns authorization.

Unopened and Unused Items

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Refund or Exchange

You have the option to request a refund or an exchange for your returned item. We will process your request promptly, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
